But hear me out. When I say “Angels,” I’m not talking about winged beings with golden harps swooping into board meetings to solve your problems (though wouldn’t that be nice?). I’m talking about higher frequencies, energies, and guidance that are constantly available to us to bring clarity, harmony, and purpose into our work lives.

Think about it: How often do you rely on something other than data to make a decision? A feeling in your gut, an inner knowing, or even a random “coincidence” that leads you to the right path. Maybe it’s not random at all. Maybe it’s guidance – or what I like to call Angelic intervention.

• She took 5 minutes alone, closed her eyes, and invited her Guardian Angel to connect with the Guardian Angels of her team members.
• She asked for guidance to harmonize the situation and transform the toxic energy into respect and collaboration and kindness.

Okay, let’s get practical. You don’t need to announce at the next meeting that you’re calling on Angels (unless your team is into that). This is something you can do silently, on your own, to bring higher frequencies into your work:

  • When you’re navigating a challenge, take a quiet moment to connect to your Guardian Angel – or higher guidance – to help.
• Ask for Help
  • Be clear about what you want to shift. For example:
    • “Please help me bring harmony and mutual respect to this team dynamic.”
    • “Guide me to make the best decision that serves the highest good for everyone involved.”
• Trust the Process
  • After making your request, let go of control. Trust that the energy you’ve called on is now working in ways you may not immediately see.

Higher Frequencies = Higher Performance

Whether you believe in Angels or not, the principles they represent are undeniably powerful in business. And tapping into them doesn’t require spreadsheets, strategy meetings, or endless hustle. It just requires a moment of intention and trust.
